VERIPHASE dispatches eligible orders from within the European Union to supported addresses in all 27 EU Member States. Delivery prices below include applicable VAT and are confirmed at checkout.
Dispatch cutoff
Eligible in-stock orders whose payment is confirmed by 12:00 Europe/Rome on a business day are dispatched that same business day. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Standard EU
€8.90 for tracked delivery, estimated at 2–5 business days from dispatch. Standard delivery is free when the qualifying basket value reaches €200 after discounts.
Express EU
€29.90 for tracked delivery, estimated at 1–3 business days from dispatch. VERIPHASE selects the compatible express carrier automatically. Carrier availability and delivery estimates depend on the destination address.
Service area and estimates
Intra-EU shipments incur no import duties or import VAT. Checkout confirms whether an entered address is supported; delivery outside the supported EU service area is not offered. Dispatch and delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees.
Returns and refunds
We do not offer discretionary returns after dispatch. This policy does not exclude any withdrawal, refund or other mandatory right that applies to your purchase.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming items
Inspect the parcel on delivery. If an item is damaged, incorrect or does not match the order, contact support with the order number, photographs of the item and packaging, and the vial lot number. Please report within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly; this does not shorten any statutory rights. Do not return material without written return instructions. Where VERIPHASE confirms the issue, it provides a replacement or refund as applicable.
