Contracting seller
These terms govern purchases made through the VERIPHASE store.
1. Reference materials
Products are research-use-only laboratory reference materials as described in our RUO policy.
2. Eligibility
Orders are accepted only after the buyer expressly accepts the research-use declaration in our Research-use-only policy.
3. Pricing & tax
Prices are in EUR and shown inclusive of applicable VAT. Available payment methods and order totals are shown at checkout before an order is placed.
4. Liability
Each order is fulfilled from a released lot; the certificate of analysis for the assigned lot is made available with the order and describes that lot only. VERIPHASE is not responsible for use contrary to the research-use declaration. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity where it applies.
Research use only. All products are laboratory reference materials supplied strictly for in-vitro research. They are not for human or animal use, are not medicinal products, food, cosmetics or devices, and no medical or therapeutic claims are made.
5. Delivery, returns and remedies
Our Shipping and returns policy forms part of these terms and is included in the agreement accepted at checkout.
