Are these products for human use?
No. They are research-use-only reference materials, not for human or animal use. If ordering opens, a binding research-use declaration will be required before checkout.

Do you ship within the EU?
Online ordering is not open yet. Planned fulfilment is EU-based for eligible EU research customers, with availability and lead time handled by enquiry.

How do I verify a certificate of analysis?
Lot documentation for released production inventory will be published or supplied on request once verification is complete.

Which payment methods do you accept?
None during soft launch. Online ordering and payments are disabled until commercial onboarding is complete.
